has been over fifteen years since I started March Aviation. I have always believed that the key to providing quality parts to the corporate market was service, service, service. I have always impressed on the employees of March Aviation the importance of satisfying the customer’s needs. This not only means supplying quality parts and timely delivery, but also passing on valuable technical information that makes the customer’s job easier. March Aviation has amassed a huge amount of reference material, including information for older aircrafts that may no longer be supported by the manufacturers. Very often a customer will tell us he was referred to us by the aircraft manufacturer. March Aviation’s customer base has grown over the years, as our reputation has in the aircraft parts market. Our best advertising tool is “Word of Mouth” referrals from our existing customers. Parts exchanges don’t always go as planned and occasionally a glitch might occur. March Aviation’s goal is to always try and solve a problem to the customer’s satisfaction. We have a large warehouse located in Naples, Florida stocked with tens of thousands of quality aircraft parts. We are minutes away from Fort Myers International Airport and can provide same day service virtually anywhere in the United States. We also have around the clock A.O.G. service. I believe you will find that our sales personnel are highly qualified, and exceptionally motivated to service your parts needs.
